At Third Eye Volunteer Nepal, our mission is rooted in creating meaningful, ethical, and sustainable change through responsible volunteering. Each year, we take time to reflect on the lives touched, communities supported, and the collective impact made possible by our volunteers, partners, and local teams. This annual impact report highlights our ongoing commitment to education, community development, women’s empowerment, and cultural exchange across Nepal.
Over the past year, we proudly hosted volunteers from around the world through trusted global platforms such as Volunteer World and Gapper China. Together, we contributed thousands of hours of service in teaching English, childcare, monastery programs, and women’s support initiatives. In collaboration with local partners like Sungava Homes and EPSA Nepal, we were able to directly support vulnerable communities—providing care, education, and empowerment opportunities where they are needed most.
Volunteer Participation: Dozens of international volunteers joined our programs, bringing diverse skills, compassion, and cultural exchange to local communities.
Education Support: Volunteers contributed to schools and learning centers, helping improve English communication, creative learning, and student confidence.
Women’s Empowerment: Through our work with Sungava Homes, we supported the daily care and development of intellectually disabled women, promoting dignity and inclusion.
Spiritual & Cultural Engagement: Programs at places like Nyanang Phelgyeling Monastery offered volunteers a unique opportunity to connect with Nepal’s spiritual traditions while contributing meaningfully to monastic communities.
Local Collaboration: Partnerships with organizations such as Lions Club of Nepal Himalaya helped expand our reach into broader community support initiatives.
Our approach focuses on long-term impact rather than short-term aid. We work closely with local communities to understand their real needs and co-create programs that are respectful, culturally sensitive, and sustainable. By partnering with ethical organizations and maintaining transparency, we ensure that every volunteer experience contributes positively and responsibly.
As we move forward, Third Eye Volunteer Nepal aims to expand its reach to more rural areas, improve program quality, and deepen partnerships with both local and international organizations. With continued support from our global network and local communities, we remain committed to building a more compassionate, connected, and empowered Nepal.
Step by step, volunteer by volunteer, we continue to create change.
